Black Girls Film Camp (USA) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides a FREE, national (USA), and hybrid 16-week experience (held once a year) where high school Black girls across the country pitch a story idea, and a final ten are selected to have their short film project produced by the program. PREMIERE WEEKEND Video Created By 2024 BGFC Editor, Georgia Jenkins THE 2024 BGFC PREMIERE SCREENING + AWARDS On Saturday, June 22, 2024, Black Girls Film Camp hosted its fourth annual Premiere Weekend Screening and Awards Gala in Charlotte, NC, at the NASCAR Hall of Fame! The event was live-streamed to a national audience, with over a thousand viewers watching it. Black Girls Film Camp is excited to usher in its new cohort of alumni and films, now totaling 40 stories produced by the program written and directed by aspiring high school Black girl filmmakers from across the world.
